The George Motor Club has been around since 1970. It all started with a meeting way back then with a few members sharing a love for stock car racing. We are situated in the beautiful town of George on the Garden Route. Here everything is relatively close by; shops, accommodation and much more.

 
From the very beginning it was all systems go, full throttle no stopping at the George Motor club. The club grew into a powerhouse in the world of oval track racing (stock car racing) community. The George Motor Club has delivered many drivers who acquired national colors throughout the years, as well as drivers taking SA1, SA2 and SA3 trophies.
 
The George Motor Club consists of people with a love and passion for motorsport. The stock car classes to be seen at George Motor Club includes Mini’s, Ninja Rods, RWD Rookies, 1600 Saloon, 1660 Hooligans, 2.1’s, Hot Rods, Heavy Metals, V8 Sprints and American Saloons – all battling it out for the first place – all battling it out for the first place.
 

Dirt Karting is growing at a fast pace at the club and currently there are approximately 50 members. Kids from as young as 4 years of age take part in this fun racing sport. Classes includes Developments (4 – 8yr), 1610/200 (8-12yr), 270cc (12 – 15yr), 300 Mods, 390 Ladies, 390 Standard. 390 Mods, 245 Super Mods and Wing.
